Clonmore – June 2025
Thanks very much for allowing us to stay in your chalet. It was perfect for us – 2 adults and a 15 year old who would just go to the beach with his body board. It has probably been the best holiday we have had for a long time due to the accommodation, also with a cracking view on a lovely day. We did manage to get a few sunsets on the second week also. Wow. What a beautiful chalet. The view and position are perfect and the chalet had everything we needed. We loved the beach here as did our two dogs! Cornwall is beautiful and we were so lucky with the weather. We loved sitting on the decking and I spent time with a book in the lovely conservatory. WestHill – September 2024
We love the quirkiness of WestHill and its configuration. We’ve both spent hours gazing out of the numerous windows watching storms, pounding rain, mist, the cha ging tides, sunrise/sunset and the wonderful cloud formations. Oh, and SUN! The beach is wonderful for dog walks and it’s been surprisingly empty. There’s good food at Gilbert’s and delicious coffee at Toad cafe (on the walk to Hayle). Loved the train ride to St, Ives but not navigating the streets. The beach here is enough for us all. The chalet is perfect. We will leave reluctantly. Thank you. We would love to come back.

Our first stay in Cornwall and WestHill made it perfect. What a lovely chalet and perfect location. The chalet was equipped with everything you need and I was pleasantly surprised with the cafetiere for my morning coffee! All in all we had a good week and the weather was pretty good. We hope to be back next year.

This was just perfect as a getaway for me and my two dogs. Know the area as I grew up here but lovely to find this gem of a chalet. Had
everything I needed and was really well situated and of course close to the beaches. I saw a few stunning sunsets over St. Ives. Lovely secluded spot and very comfortable for us all. Hope to visit again next year.

Thank you for a lovely, peaceful stay in your beautiful chalet.
The weather has been mixed, but never cold and we managed a Cornish tan. The beach is amazing and highly recommend the Bucket of Blood (pub) for food and also By The Sea in St. Ives. Fish and chips in town was amazing as well. Would love to come back one day.

Clonmore – Had a lovely stay. Nice and clean chalet and nearly everything catered for. Nice to have a conservatory but far too hot to enjoy when the temperature outside was 40 degrees (Owners – For 2023 season we’ve ‘foiled’ the conservatory roof and hung dimout blinds to reduce the heat and glare when it’s very sunny). Thank you again for a lovely stay and now back to the grindstone.

Fantastic stay in chalet Clonmore – lots of things provided that we didn’t expect – so much thought has gone into making holidays here for families perfect. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Cornwall!

WestHill – I’ve stayed in this chalet several times in recent years. An idyllic, peaceful little slice of heaven. The golden sands between your toes. Caribbean coloured waters and blue skies. Honestly, every time I visit I just don’t want to leave! The chalet is always immaculately clean, bright and airy, you can see the sea, and it’s only a very short walk down onto the beach. I’ll be booking again soon.
